EMP Publishing has an anthology call posted for "The Prison Compendium". They're looking for prison stories of 1500 to 6000 words in any genre. The deadline is September 30, 2016. Payment is 1cent a word for both original and reprint stories. You can find the details here.
They're also open for stories for the July 2016 issue of their magazine Creepy Campfire Quarterly. Payment is $25 for the magazine shorts.
