The online bizzaro zine Slit Your Wrists is now called Revolt Daily. The new zine is published under the Perpetual Motion Machine Publishing umbrella and is both online and print. They accept stories in a variety of genres through Submittable. There is no payment for online content but for the print magazine they pay $10 for flash up to 1000 words, $20 for shorts over 1000 words, and $10 for poetry. What I can't find is how they decide where to publish what or how you can submit to just the paying market.
And just a reminder that Perpetual Motion has a short story ebook line called One Night Stands that is looking for shorts in any genre of 1000 to 15,000 words with an upfront payment of $20 plus 30% royalties. Details here.
