Still Moments Publishing is a Romance Press that publishes romance stories in all the genres. At the moment they have three anthology calls listed for publication in 2013. Stories must be 5000 to 15000 words and payment is shared royalties as these will all be published as e-books. The deadlines vary for each. You can find all the details here
