Flashing

While searching around for a flash market for a piece I've written I stumbled across this post over at The Flash Fiction Chronicles http://www.everydayfiction.com/flashfictionblog/flashmarkets/ You'll find a long list of markets in every word length here compiled by Jim Harrington.

Paul Brazill dropped this link to a great piece by Chris Rhatigan about flash fiction in the comments of a recent post. If you didn't happen to see it, here's the link http://www.fullofcrow.com/onthewing/2011/04/flash-fiction-unlimited/

Thanks for the link, Sandra! And that was very cool of Jim to put that list together.

Yes, it was, Chris. I once did a search on Duotrope for flash markets and they gave me over 400 markets, so it's nice to have it narrowed down :)

Also there's loads of great essays and market tips at the Flash Fiction Chronicles. It's a good site for flash writers.
