Still, that particular saying does hold true in all aspects of life, especially if you got people who don't know jack about your job start taking over the functions of your job because your job wants to move in a different direction.
So true, G. Ah well, patience is a virtue, but sometimes you feel like throwing virtue out the window along with the person you're trying to be patient with.
After a comment like that on my blog two years ago, my old writing group kicked me out. Or I had to quit basically. Hope you don't suffer the same fate. But it was that same know-it-all problem with them. I should never have told them I blogged.
There's nothing wrong with a good venting, Sabdra. Vent away!! And politicians...another species from a far flung planet, quite possibly called "Bullsh****r" me thinks. lol!
I've never understood the point of joining a critque group if you don't want to improve your writing, Patti. Then to flat out tell the people who took the time to crit your story that they're all wrong...well, to quote Forrest Gump "Stupid is as stupid does."
Definitely from another planet, Dave. I've been getting a real chuckle out of Congress lately - they've actually got the balls to jail people who lie to Congress. Pots and Kettles!

Just venting after a frustrating week of trying to deal with a fellow writer without losing my temper, Barb. Sometimes you just have to let it go.
