Ran across a zine that might be of interest to some. It's called "Up the Staircase". They're open for submissions to their next issue until September 15. Flash under 400 words and shorts up to 5000, also poetry. While they prefer little or no foul language they do say this - "we are not prudish in regards to content: we enjoy shock, vulgarity and decadence". I could find nothing about pay, so I'm assuming they're a non-paying market. Their sixth issue is up so you can read what they've already accepted to find if your stories are a match for them.
